Pet Policy
Pets are welcome
We welcome up to two pets per home. Breed restrictions apply. A non-refundable pet fee of $200 is required, plus $35 per month in pet rent per pet. If you have an assistance animal, please contact our leasing team directly at meridiapm@kalosres.com to discuss your accommodation.
